That was something truly special. We needed that game. Yamamoto wasn’t sharp early, but getting out of the first inning by mowing down the 3-4-5 hitters was monumental.
Perception is a funny thing. Last night it felt like the Dodgers scored less than 4 and tonight it felt like they scored more than 5. One run difference? That seems wild.
