Not a fan of the challenge system. It is better than not using the ABS but I believe they should just use ABS full time and get all the calls correct.

Whether something is inside or outside the box is the bulk of a plate umps job, but not the totality. Just wonder how you keep someone behind the plate “in” the game to make the other calls if they are not calling balls and strikes as well.

It’s so wild that Betts, Tucker, and Teo are the 6,7,8 hitters. Kinda sad reflection on their at bats overall this year.

They have been very disappointing so far this year. Betts and Teo are on the backside of their careers and starting to decline. Tucker was just extremely overrated to begin with.

Six runs was good. If either Pages or Teo stayed away from pitches that were way out of the strike zone, the Dodgers easily could have scored several more runs.
